Abusion always happen in the hospital. 

Patient and next of kin tends to vent out their anger on us regardless we are at fault or innocent. 

And we are often being asked to apologize to them when there's any conflict occurs even we are the victims.

This is absolutely unhealthy and unfair to us.

As we provide our best service to patients, 

I hope that they will at least show a basic respect to us. 

If they don't know how to appreciate our effort, 

at least do not mentally, verbally or physically bully us.

Nor anyhow falsely accuse and complaint the staff 

if she's not doing anything wrong.

To those who are not blind, 
MAY JUSTICE BEFALL.
